Another method of skin cancer prevention is to stay out of any sun during the midday hours. The sun is most intense between 10am and 2pm so this is a great time to stay indoors. If you do choose to go outside during this time, be sure that you stay in the shade to prevent too much exposure to the sun.

Wearing protective clothing is another skin cancer prevention tip that can save your life. Wearing long sleeves to protect your arms or a hat that protects your face can help prevent you from having skin cancer later in life. Just taking the time to follow a few easy skin cancer prevention tips can help you evade the dreaded disease.
